YHL41 single column hydraulic press works with hydraulic power according to the PASCAL's principle. It is composed of the main machine, dynamic system and hydraulic controlling system. This machine is in C-shape and welded all around by steel. Various devices with different functions are set in this machine, including moving workbench, blanking buffer device, photo-electric protection device, floating guide rails, mould claming device, data reader for stroke/pressure/spped, NC equipments, touch display screen, hydraulic heating/cooling system, PLC programmable contol units, safety switch, material feeder, etc.

Attention
- Generally, workers who are not familiar with machine structures and performances are not allowed to operate this machine.
- During work, if severe oil leakage or other malfunction occurs, stop running the machine and solve the problems immediately.
- Pressing work is done only within available slide stroke (≤ 600 mm ). Besides, the single column hydraulic press can not be overloaded when working.
- Ground leads for electrical equipments must be solid and well-connected.
- After this machine finishes working, workers should cut off the power supply and clean out the workshop.
- During maintenance for this single column hydraulic press, be sure that the electricity is cut off. Discarded oil and items containing oil after maintenance should be delivered to special recycling company.
Maintenance and Repair
- Each time the machine is start, let it keep running with no load for a while. If it is in winter, this period should be longer (more than 30 minutes). Only after this, can this machine be put into normal working.
- If it is a new single column hydraulic press, the oil pipes should be thoroughly filtered after this new machine works one week. Besides, the oil tank should be cleaned out. Then, the oil is regularly changed every six months (practical time depends on the working status).
- Forbid opening the oil tanl cap or oil filler hole. The pressure meter should be switched off after it is adjusted. It will bring damage to the pressure meter if the meter keeps working for a long time.
- YHL41 single column hydraulic press is forbidden to be use outdoors. And this machine should be away from rain.
